Protein Balls

If there is only one thing you notice about recipes and health tips I share, I hope it's how simple they are! This recipe is no exception - you're literally throwing everything together in one bowl, mixing it all up with a spoon, and then using your hands to roll them into balls. Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week (if they make it that long! Seriously, ours are always gone within 3-4 days). This recipe takes 5 minutes or less and is perfect when you're looking for a quick, easy healthy snack. Enjoy!


1 cup Oats, old fashioned

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup sliced almonds

2/3 cup nut butter (we've used both peanut butter and almond butter and both are great!)

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
